Ways to work together

Where we start.

Choose what you need. We'll propose what your project needs and state the price and timeline.
  1. 01

    Business website

Your services, products and reasons to get in touch, presented clearly.

    Who it's for
Businesses that run on referrals and social media and want a site of their own, and businesses entering a new market.
    What we solve
Visitors quickly understand what you do, for whom and why you, and they know how to reach you.
    What we agree on
    • structure and key pages
    • content and who prepares it
    • languages
    • contact and the path to an inquiry
    • editing content after handover
  2. 02

    Website redesign

Your current site no longer keeps up with your business.

    Who it's for
Businesses whose site is dated, slow or unclear while the business itself has moved on.
    What we solve
A site that matches what you sell today and keeps what already works: the URLs that bring visits and the content buyers look for.
    What we agree on
    • what we keep and what we change
    • content
    • features
    • moving from the old site, URL by URL
  3. 03

    Online store

From choosing a product to a finished order.

    Who it's for
Makers and retailers starting to sell online, and stores that have outgrown their platform.
    What we solve
Buyers find the product, understand the terms and finish the order, and you run products and orders without friction.
    What we agree on
    • catalog and product entry
    • payment methods
    • shipping
    • order management
    • integrations
    • training for your team
  4. 04

    Maintenance and development

A site that runs reliably and a partner for changes.

    Who it's for
Sites we built: from a company site that needs an occasional update to a store that changes every day.
    What we solve
The site runs reliably, and changes and new features come from the team that knows it.
    What we agree on
    • technical setup and hosting
    • monitoring, updates and backups
    • scope and frequency of changes
    • how requests reach us
    • new features
  5. 05

    SEO and content

Better visibility for the searches that matter to your business.

    Who it's for
Businesses whose buyers search on Google while their site doesn't show up for those searches or doesn't bring inquiries.
    What we solve
A clear plan for the searches that lead to buyers: what to fix, which pages to write and how to track progress.
    What we agree on
    • starting point
    • priorities
    • technical fixes
    • new pages and content
    • measurement and reports

Price

What shapes the scope and price.

The price follows the scope of your project. After a short exchange you get an offer with the exact work, price and timeline, before we start.

Content and structure
How many pages, what each one must explain, and whether you have texts and photos or we prepare them together.
Features
Contact and inquiries, bookings, a catalog, orders, customer accounts or something built for your business.
Languages
For each language we prepare the content and settings that help buyers find the right version of your site.
Integrations
Payments, shipping, accounting, CRM, your Google Business Profile and the tools you already use.
Your current site
What we keep, what we move and which URLs already bring you visits.

How quotes work

A clear agreement first.

A few sentences are enough to start, and everything can be agreed in writing.
  1. 01

    Send a few sentences

What your business does, what you need and by when. Form, email, WhatsApp or Viber: whatever is easier.

Same-workday reply to inquiries received by 3 pm CET

  2. 02

    We clarify the details

We clarify the site's goal, content, features, languages, timeline and who takes part in decisions. A call is optional; everything can be done in writing.

In writing or on a call

  3. 03

    You get a written offer

The work, price and timeline, spelled out before we start. For a complex project we agree right away what we work out first and when you hear from us next.

    Offer within 2 workdays

  4. 04

    Agreement and start

Confirm the scope and terms, and the build starts with the first payment. The launch date goes into the contract.

    First payment, then the build

What the offer says

  • The site's goal and what we understood about your business.
  • The solution we recommend and why.
  • Pages, features, languages, content and how the site is handed over.
  • What you provide and what we do.
  • Phases, timelines and what they depend on.
  • The total price, the agreed discount and the payment schedule.
  • Monthly services and third-party costs, listed separately.
  • Maintenance and development after launch, if we agree on them.
  • How you accept the offer and when we start.

We propose one solution. A second option comes only when there is a real choice, such as a first phase now and more features later.

Questions

Before you send an inquiry.

How much does a website cost?

The price depends on the pages and features you need, the content, the languages, connections to other systems and the state of your current site. Once we're clear on what you need, you get a written offer with the work, the price and the timeline. The price is fixed for the agreed work, and anything extra is agreed in advance. We give discounts of up to 40%, and your offer states the exact price and discount. We charge no VAT on our invoices. Businesses in the EU account for it under the reverse charge.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. A simple site can be ready in two weeks, a business site usually takes 3 to 7 weeks and an online store 5 to 12 weeks. The offer lists the phases and what affects the timeline, such as when texts and photos arrive, and the launch date goes into the contract.

What do I need to prepare?

To ask for an offer, a few sentences about your business and what you need are enough. The build needs texts, photos and details of your services or products. If you don't have them, the offer says who prepares them: you, us or both. Our checklist lists what is worth preparing early.

Who owns the website, code and domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one. After the final payment the code, design files and content are yours, and at handover you get the access and training. There is no lock-in: host it on your own account or with us.

Do you maintain the site after launch?

Yes, for the sites we build. We propose maintenance that fits the site and your needs: technical care (hosting when we run it, updates, monitoring and backups), content changes, new features and SEO are agreed separately. The offer states what we do, how often, who is responsible and how you send a request.

How do payments work?

The payment schedule is in the offer: a first payment on signing, then the rest in stages tied to design approval and launch. Monthly services and known third-party costs (domain, store platform, payment fees) are listed separately, so there are no surprises. We invoice in EUR.
