How we build
The App Router, used properly.
Next.js has changed a lot since the Pages Router. We build on the App Router the way the framework is designed to be used today:
- Server Components by default. Most of the page renders on the server and ships as HTML. Only interactive parts, like a gallery or a pricing toggle, become client components.
- Static first. Pages are generated at build time and revalidated when content changes, so visitors get cached HTML from the edge instead of waiting for a server.
- Server Actions and route handlers for forms, webhooks and integrations, with validation on the server and no separate backend to maintain.
- SEO in code. The Metadata API, sitemaps, robots rules, Open Graph images and JSON-LD are typed code, not plugins.
- Typed end to end. TypeScript across content, components and API calls, so mistakes break the build, not the page your customers see.

Business and higher packages include Sanity, a headless CMS with a visual editing studio. Content is stored as structured data, not as blobs of HTML, so the same product description can feed the website, a landing page and a newsletter without copying and pasting.

Websites follow the four steps above. Web apps, client portals and SaaS MVPs need more room, so we run them in two-week sprints inside a fixed overall price.
It starts with paid discovery (€490, credited against the project): user flows, data model and a scoped backlog. Every sprint then has a written scope agreed before it starts, a preview deployment you can test and a demo at the end.
New ideas mid-sprint go into a later sprint or a separate quote, so the price you signed stays the price you pay. Out-of-scope work is billed at €55/h, and only after you approve it.

Why Next.js instead of WordPress?
Speed, security and ownership. A Next.js site ships pre-rendered pages with no plugin layer to patch, so it loads faster and has less to attack. WordPress is still the right call for some teams, and we explain when in our Next.js vs WordPress comparison.
Do you take over existing Next.js projects?
Yes, after a short code review. We quote a fixed price for a defined scope, such as a redesign, an App Router migration or a performance pass. Smaller changes can run on a Care plan or at €55/h.
Can our own developers work on the code later?
Yes. You get a standard Next.js and TypeScript repository, a readme and a handover session. Any developer who knows Next.js can pick it up.
Do we have to host on Vercel?
No, but we recommend it. Vercel makes Next.js, so preview URLs, image optimization and revalidation work without extra setup. Next.js also runs on your own Node.js server or other hosts; we tell you what changes before we quote.
How do fixed-scope sprints work with a fixed price?
The overall price is fixed after discovery. Each two-week sprint delivers an agreed slice of that scope, with a demo at the end. New ideas go into a later sprint or a separate quote, so the budget never drifts quietly.
What does “Lighthouse 95+ at handover” mean?
At handover we run Lighthouse on mobile for the key pages. If Performance scores below 95, we fix it for free. It is written into the contract.
