Who is responsible
Kvant Studio is a trade name of CAD ART studio, Serbia. CAD ART studio is the controller of the personal data described on this page. For anything related to your data, write to jovancadart@gmail.com. We reply in English, Serbian or Croatian.
What we collect
We only collect data through the contact form, and only the fields you fill in:

The form also sends the page and the language you wrote from, so we can reply in your language, and the time the form was opened, which we use only to filter out spam bots. A hidden field that people never see works as a spam trap.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use your data to answer your inquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the corresponding provision of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).
If you become a client, we keep our correspondence and invoices because the law requires it and to be able to defend legal claims. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails, and we don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
Who processes it for us
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) delivers messages from the contact form to our mailbox. Resend acts as our processor under its data processing agreement.
- Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox where your message arrives.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts this website, serves every page and runs our cookieless analytics. Like any host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its data processing addendum.
If the form cannot send your message, your own email app opens with the message ready to send. In that case the email travels through your email provider, like any other email you send us.
Analytics without cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are read and how fast they load. They set no cookies. According to Vercel, visitors are counted with a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, and each data point holds only the page, the referrer, an approximate location, and the browser, operating system and device type.
We only look at aggregated numbers. There are no advertising networks, social media pixels or cross-site trackers on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If you close the language suggestion that appears for Serbian or Croatian browsers, we store that choice in your browser's local storage (kvant:lang-banner-dismissed). It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn't contact Google Fonts. The live PageSpeed scores on our case studies are fetched by our server from Google, not by your browser.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't lead to a project: deleted within 12 months of our last message.
- Client correspondence and invoices: for the duration of the project, then as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Analytics: aggregated only. The visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours.
- Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a limited period, according to its own retention settings.
Transfers outside Europe
Resend and Vercel are based in the United States. Transfers to them rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in their data processing agreements. Resend is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at the address below. We answer within one month, usually much sooner.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to a supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country, for example AZOP in Croatia.
