Irma has been doing hair removal for more than ten years. She worked in Novi Sad and Belgrade before returning to Paraćin, where DolceVita offers laser hair removal with a Ruby 4D diode laser for women and men, Starpil warm and cold waxing, lash lift and extensions, brow lift, henna brow tinting and a thermal blanket body treatment.
Before this project, the studio lived on Instagram and Google Maps. That works for people who already follow it. It does not work for someone in Ćuprija or Jagodina who searches for laser hair removal, wants to see the price, and would rather book than send three messages to find it out.
Clients booked by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or an Instagram message, and we kept it that way: in a town like Paraćin, people would rather call or write than fill in a booking form. The site only had to get them there faster.
We wrote the brief the way we once wrote it for projektikuce.rs, our family's own site. It had four goals:
- Be found locally. Show up when people in Paraćin and the towns around it search for a treatment, in the words they actually type.
- Show prices openly. Every zone, combination and package with its price in dinars, so nobody has to ask before deciding.
- Make booking one tap. In the page content and in the bar on phones, booking buttons open a call, Viber, WhatsApp or Instagram directly, with no account and no booking system to maintain.
- Stay fast on a phone. A beauty studio sells with photos and video, and people open the site on their phones, often on mobile data. Every image and every video has to earn its weight.
And one rule for the whole site: never promise more than the studio delivers. No invented reviews, and no stock or generated image presented as a result.
