Case study 02 · projektikuce.rs

A Serbian architecture bureau, explained online.

Projektikuce.rs is the Serbian site of CAD ART studio, our family's architecture practice. It helps people who plan a house in Serbia understand designs, permits and the process before they get in touch. We designed and built it end to end.

Context

Nobody hires an architect from a logo.

Building a family house in Serbia is a long chain of decisions: a plot, what the local plan allows on it, a design, the documentation for a building permit, then construction. Most people go through it once in their life. Many of them live abroad and follow the build from another country.

CAD ART studio needed a site that does the job of a first consultation:

  • Show real work. Finished designs with renders and floor plans, organized the way people search in Serbian: by type ("prizemne kuće", "kuće na sprat") and by size ("do 100 m²").
  • Explain the paperwork. Each documentation stage, from the concept design to the as-built project, has its own page in plain Serbian.
  • Earn the inquiry without a price list. Every house is quoted once the plot and the brief are known, so the site has to build trust with clarity instead of a number.
  • Keep what already ranked. The bureau already had indexed pages. The rebuild had to keep them working.

In short: a site that answers the questions an architect hears every week, and makes the next step obvious.

What we built

A catalogue, a process and a clear next step.

The site is organized around three paths: find a house design, understand the process, and ask for help. Every path ends in an inquiry that reaches the architects directly.

Features

  1. 01

A catalogue that matches Serbian searches

Filters for area, bedrooms and features such as a garage, attic or pool, plus category pages for types and sizes that people actually type into Google.

  2. 02

    Permit documentation, page by page

One page for each stage, from idejno rešenje to projekat izvedenog objekta, and pages for residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings.

  3. 03

    Plot analysis as a service

A page that explains the three pieces of information the bureau needs to start, and what the client receives: written findings within 7 working days.

  4. 04

A guide for building from abroad

A dedicated page for the diaspora: how to plan, permit and follow a house build in Serbia without being there.

  5. 05

    Local pages for four cities

Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš and Kragujevac, each with its own page for people who search for an architect near them.

  6. 06

    Contact the way clients prefer

An inquiry form protected against spam and abuse, sent through Resend, next to phone, WhatsApp and Viber, because that is how many clients in Serbia reach an architect.

Results

Live numbers, straight from Google.

These scores come from the PageSpeed Insights API, mobile test, and refresh daily. We never type a score into the page. If the API does not answer, this block shows no numbers at all.

Live scores are not available right now: the PageSpeed Insights API did not answer when this page was generated. We don't show stored numbers instead. You can run the same mobile test yourself.

What you can check yourself

  • Pages are served from Vercel's edge cache. The response headers show it.
  • A Content-Security-Policy and HSTS on every response.
  • The page language is declared as Serbian Latin (sr-Latn) for screen readers and search engines.
  • Addresses from the previous structure redirect to their new pages, so existing links and rankings keep working.
  • A generated sitemap lists every house plan, article and service page.
